Registration Information
Institution Registration:
The Colloquium Full Registration Fee is Students £50 sterling, Staff £65.00 sterling (this includes overnight stay at Elms Village, including breakfast and Conference dinner). Registration only without accommodation £25.00 sterling (includes Conference dinner). Participants are requested to register directly with their own institution prior to Friday 14th May.
Each Institution should submit a list of attendees (staff and students) by Friday 14th May 2010 and no changes can be made after this date.
Please note a Registration Log will be sent electronically to the nominated Co-ordinator of each institution and should be completed and returned by e-mail to Heather McClean. The contact person should then forward one cheque per institution made payable to ‘Queen's University Belfast’ to the following address:

On-site Meeting Registration
This will take place from 12:00 - 18:00hrs in Room OG.533, David Keir Building, Malone Road entrance, Belfast.
Participants residing at the Queen’s Elms Village are urged to first register at the Elms hall of residence and obtain their room keys before Colloquium meeting registration.
* Due to parking restrictions around Queen's, participants residing in the Elms Village are strongly encouraged to leave their car parked at the Elms Village and walk to the David Keir Building and Students' Union (5-10min walk).
