Poster presentations will be held in Room OG.533, David Keir Building. Posters may be put up on the afternoon of Thursday 1st July after registering for the meeting.
Opening ceremony will be held on Thursday 1st July at 16:00 in Lecture Theatre LG.115, David Keir Building.

All Registered participants are invited to attend the Colloquium Dinner on Thursday 1st July at 19:30hrs in The Wellington Park Hotel, Malone Road, Belfast. The dinner will be followed by a disco.
Friday 2nd July - 09:00 - 17:00hrs Oral presentations will be held in 4 parallel sessions in Lecture Theatres LG.024, LG.111, LG.115 and 01.403, David Keir Building.
There is no set format for lunch. Participants may obtain lunch at several cafes/bars on Malone Road or Stranmillis Road, and also in the Students Union. A list of local venues will be available at Registration.

The Closing ceremony and award presentations will be held in Lecture Theatre LG.115, David Keir Building on Friday 2nd July at 17:30hrs.
Due to parking restrictions around the David Keir Building, participants residing in the halls of residence are strongly encouraged to leave their car parked at the Queen's Elms and walk to the David Keir Building & Wellington Park Hotel (5-10min walk). Cash machines are available on the Malone Road beside the David Keir Building and the hotel.
