The colloquium is being held in Queen's University Belfast from Thursday 1st July until Friday afternoon, 2nd July. The full Registration Fee is £50 sterling for students and £65.00 sterling for staff (this includes overnight stay at Elms Village with breakfast and Conference dinner). Registration only without accommodation is £25.00 (includes Conference dinner).

 

The relevant deadlines are:.

 

Institution Registration:

Each Institution should submit a list of attendees (staff and students) by Friday 14th May 2010.

Participants are requested to register directly with their own institution prior to this date.

No changes can be made to registration after this date.

 

Please note a Registration Log will be sent electronically to the nominated Co-ordinator of each institution and should be completed and returned by email to Heather McClean. The contact person should also forward one cheque per institution payable in sterling to ‘Queen's University Belfast’ to:

Presenter Registration and Abstract Submission:

Names of presenters, abstracts and indication oral or poster presentations should also be submitted by Friday 14th May 2010 by email to Heather McClean.
