Accommodation has been reserved for one overnight stay bed and breakfast on Thursday 1st July at Queen's Elms Village and this included in the Full registration.

If participants require any extra night’s campus accommodation this should be indicated on the registration log stating clearly which night is required.

Payment for extra nights should be paid directly to Queen's Elms and will be charged at £26.57 per person per night.

No changes will be possible after registration.
